Christopher W. LoBianco, Esquire

Mr. LoBianco was born in Long Island, New York and moved to Hernando County Florida early in his childhood. After graduating high school with high honors, and receiving the Governor’s Award from the late Lawton Chiles, Mr. LoBianco attended Florida State University. While at FSU Mr. LoBianco was active in his fraternity, Pi Lambda Phi, holding executive counsel positions for every year he was eligible. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, Mr. LoBianco spent a year teaching third grade prior to attending law school.

In 2009 Mr. LoBianco graduated from Cum Laude from Florida State College of Law, a top 50 law school in the country according to the 2015 U.S. News and World Reports. While in law school Mr. LoBianco participated in the Public Interest Law Center’s Family Law clinic where he represented underprivileged client’s in family law disputes.

Mr. LoBianco began his legal career working as an associate at a a very busy and successful family law firm. From 2010-2012 Mr. LoBianco represented hundreds of clients in hearings, trials, meditations and depositions and earned senior associate, and eventual junior partner status based in part on his work ethic and exemplary representation.

In 2012 Mr. LoBianco joined Green, James and Snider and is now the senior associate. His practice focuses on assisting the partners and their professional clients not only inside the courtroom, but in the office, as an advocate and adviser. Mr. LoBianco is also an integral part of the Green, James and Snider appellate division, drafting and filing briefs in the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
